The latter point strategy strengthens the coherence of the multi-brand strategy. In order to implement its strategy, Gucci group has overhauled its organization structure. The group has granted substantial autonomy, within specific guideline, to the CEOs of the various brands who are now in charge of design, merchandising and all aspects of the operating and financial result of their respective brands.
Regarding the supply chain, Gucci group take care to guarantee exceptional product quality. To achieve this is selects the very best material and exercise very strict control over production, whether in-house or by outside partners. Prototype development and the entire manufacturing process are monitored constantly for quality control. I choose” Gucci” because I am interested in Gucci. It is modern, luxurious, sexy, prestige, and high quality product. There are many lines and many products for example clothing, watches, jewelry, shoes, and leather goods. Gucci is also the biggest selling Italian in the world. The Gucci is popular brand in the world.
In addition, nowadays people in society like international product and brand, me too. They also buy international product. So, I would like to be a brand manager of Gucci in Thailand to promote the product of Gucci. I will communicate people to know quality of Gucci.

Jornal_week 6

This is sixth week. Aj Gob talked the role of midterm exam on next Thursday and she tutored us in this class. She reviewed what we didn’t understand again. She let us do an activity in class that it will have in examination. It was a good sample of examination. I thought that it is so good if we know sample of examination before exam. She was so kind, she let us ask any question if we didn’t understand. Today, I was stressful again when I thought of midterm examination. I was not sure whether I can do examination. I had to read a lot of books and find a lot of data of my brand. I had to understand my brand well. After class, I asked her something that I didn’t understand. She told everything that I wanted to know.

Moreover, on Thursday we presented our role play. My group was the first group. We were so excited but everything was ok. I thought that it was quite good. After that, when we finished our presentation, we saw our friends’ role play. Everyone attended to do their role play. Every group was very good. Today was funny.
